How Much Money Can I Make?

The FTC (Federal Trade Commission) has specified franchise rules that permit a franchisor to provide information about the financial performance of its franchised and/or affiliate outlets, if there is reasonable basis for the information and the information is included in Item 19 of the FDD (Franchise Disclosure Document).

As of December 2014, there were 3 Char-Hut locations opened and operating for at least 12 months. Two locations are freestanding locations with drive-thru windows. The others are traditional in-line locations that operate in between 1,500 – 2,400 square feet.

Gross Profit is calculated solely by subtracting the Total Food Cost and Total Labor Cost from the Total Sales. Gross profit is before any other costs and expenses of operating a Char-Hut Restaurant franchise.

These restaurants are operated by Char-Hut of American, Inc. A new franchise owner’s results may differ from the represented performance. There is no assurance you’ll do as well.
